Extra virgin olive oil "Ruxia"

Cru Ruxià is the extra virgin olive oil produced cold with BIO certification: obtained from a perfect balance of different olive cultivars, including Leccino, Colombaia, Frantoio and Taggiasca, combines the genuineness of the organic with the low acidity of the mix of selected olives.

Perfect raw even on the most demanding dishes, in the classic format with Dark Bottle it will not lose its incredible organoleptic characteristics while being preserved from light and heat sources.

Ruxià is produced with the traditional method through cold processing in accordance with EU Reg. 1019/02, in limited quantities, and is one of Sommariva's excellences.
