Cru Maina is the extra virgin olive oil of superior quality obtained 100% from the best cultivar olives Taggiasca: cold produced in limited quantities according to the most typical mill tradition, the Maina is pitted and extracted in two phases within 48 hours of the olive harvest.

Thanks to the attention and care in production, this oil brings to the table and even the most refined dishes the decisive, unmistakable Ligurian taste that accompanies but does not cover the flavors. Maina is available in the typical dark bottle that preserves its unique organoleptic properties for a long time and with care: the color from yellow-green to slightly veiled yellow and the fresh, medium fruity smell.
