GRANACCIA SAVONESE HILLS IGT RESERVE
- Grapevine: Granaccia 100% (Alicante)

- winemaking: in traditional red with destemming and fermentation at a controlled temperature (26 ° C). The maceration with the skins is about 10 days and several pumpovers are carried out a day to favor the extraction of color.
- Aging: produced only in favorable years, dopo the fermentation spends about a year in small second passage barrels, then it is reassembled in steel containers for about 6 months before going into the bottle
- Finishing: dopo bottling rests at least 6 months before being placed on the market
- gradation: 14% vol.
- Taste characteristicse: it has a brilliant color, garnet red with orange reflections and a slightly mineral, ethereal and fine scent reminiscent of red fruit jam and sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. The flavor is full, warm and elegant, with a long and pleasant finish. Taste with baked pasta, roasted rabbit and poultry, medium-aged cheeses.
