1) Pornassio. Pornassio is a small town of just over 600 industrious souls, perched between the site in the valley of the Arroscia stream. It is located exactly in a basin exposed totally to the south and is the meeting point of the Alpine environment with the Mediterranean one. Behind it stand the Alps and Piedmont, at its feet the sea of ​​Liguria. The ancient salt road passes through Pornassio, which we invite you to discover! The territory of the municipality is made up of a sequence of six hamlets scattered over 500 meters in altitude: from the 353 m asl of the lower hamlet of Ponti to the 934 m asl of Colle di Nava, the latter border and transit route between Liguria and Piedmont.

Among the peaks of the Pornassio area we find Mount Cosia D'Erna (1670 m), Mount Bisciaire (1518 m), Rocca Ferraira (1301 m), Mount Ariolo (1219 m), Mount Bellerasco (1179 m) , Poggio Possanghi (1173 m) and Bric Bruciato (949 m).

Vinified in rosé it takes the name of Sciac-trà, not to be confused with an almost homonymous one from the Levante area, which is instead a passito wine from the Cinque Terre. Ormeasco's Siac-trà is delicate, fruity, a perfect summer rosé wine, with character and great harmony.
