New appointment with themed dinners Vite in Riviera: Friday 3 May 2024, at 20pm, at the headquarters of the Regional Enoteca of Ortovero, Chef Mario De Marchi will propose a tribute to the 4 of Albenga, presenting a menu completely dedicated, from appetizer to dessert, to these excellences of the Ingauna Plain: trumpet courgettes, purple asparagus, prickly artichoke and beef heart tomato. Accompanying the dishes will be the wines DOC and IGP of Western Liguria, selected and served by the sommeliers of the Fisar delegation, and of course the oil DOP Ligurian Riviera.

The evening menu includes a dopgenerous starter (gazpacho of tomato ox heart with stracciatella and warm salad of cuttlefish, trumpets, Taggiasca olives and pine nuts), a first course (risotto with purple asparagus and fresh robiola cream), a second course (roast beef cooked at low temperature with carpaccio of artichokes) and a dessert (torta stroscia and ice cream).

The price of the evening, including the wine tasting tour of the participating companies Vite in Riviera, is 45 euros.
