There are just a few days left until the 15th edition of “Granaccia & Rossi di Liguria – experiences of a territory, its winemakers and wines”.

The organization of this review is by the Proloco di Quiliano, of Vite in Riviera and FISAR, with the patronage of the Municipality of Quiliano, the Liguria Region and with the collaboration of Slow Food del Savonese - Liguria. Technical sponsor Conad Nord-Ovest.

The rich program will begin Friday 8 November, at 18.00 pm, with the opening conference “La Granaccia and the territory of Quiliano – Stories and tastings” in the Council Chamber of the Municipality of Quiliano with a presentation of the exhibition by the Mayor Nicola Isetta and the Proloco of Quiliano.

Afterwards, the journalist Mario Muda will interview the Quilian winemakers Dionisia Turco, Lorenzo Turco and Giuseppe Parenti who will talk about their companies, their production vision and, together with the Fisar Sommeliers, will guide the tasting itinerary.

Saturday 9, from 14.30 to 17.30, and Sunday 10, from 9.00 to 12.00, the "Vine pruning course" will take place, which will accompany the participants in learning the theory and practice of one of the most important techniques in the world of the vine.

Saturday will continue with the “Horseback Ride in the Vineyard”, starting at 14.00:XNUMX pm: an experiential horseback ride, led by the Aequilian sports association, among the rows of Granaccia, which will end with a tasting of local products and a glass of sincere red wine.

Also on Saturday 09 November, at 20.30 pm the suggestive setting of the cellars of Villa Maria will host the tasting “Words from the vineyard: Mario Soldati tells about Ligurian wine”. A unique moment, enriched by stories and anecdotes taken from Mario Soldati's book “Vino al Vino”. The protagonists of the evening will be some selected red wines representative of the Ligurian West such as Rossese, Ormeasco and Granaccia presented by a group of Sommeliers. Event organized by the Proloco of Quliano and the Italian Federation of Sommeliers, Hoteliers and Restaurateurs.

Sunday 10 November, from 16.00:XNUMX pm Villa Maria will host the tasting, entering the heart of the event with the opening, as per tradition, of the tasting stands: producers from all over Liguria, supported by FISAR Sommeliers, will involve the public in tastings of Ligurian reds and in particular of Granaccia di Quiliano, the patroness of the event.

Granaccia, Rossese, Ormeasco di Pornassio, Colli di Luni, Colline di Levanto, Golfo del Tigullio, Val Polcevera and many others will be a rich, varied and unmissable wine experience.

The Confraternity of Ormeasco will also present the precious one for tasting Ormeasco di Pornassio Superior.

“L'Osteria dei Vignaioli” will be set up by the Proloco, with gastronomic proposals from the area and the day will be enriched by breadsticks and focaccias from Grissini fi cio Quilianese and Panetteria Genta di Quiliano.
