Straw yellow color to the eye. The nose is pleasant and delicate, open with floral memories of broom, followed by fruity hints of peach, and brackish, aromatic and mineral nuances. The taste is fragrant and savory, with good persistence and typically bitter aftertaste.

Particularly versatile in gastronomic combinations, it is perfect with trenette with walnut sauce.
