RED SAVONIAN HILLS I.G.T.

    • Grapevine: Granaccia at least 70%, Rossese, Barbera, Cinsault and other varieties in a smaller percentage.
    • Description: slightly concentrated cherry red with ruby ​​reflections. Intense and intriguing nose with notes of dog rose, strawberry tree, plum and raspberry. In the mouth lightness and gustatory tension, it closes fruity with an acid and saline trail.
    • Origin: Arroscia Valley. Vineyards of Ortovero and Pogli close to the Mediterranean scrub. Lean, stony soils with a prevalence of sedimentary rock and limestone blue clay.
    • Breeding system: guyot
    • harvest: mid-September with manual harvesting in 20 kg perforated boxes.
    • Vinification and aging: maceration on the skins for six days. Fermentation and aging exclusively in steel where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Available from the spring following the harvest.
