YIELD PER HECTARE: 70-90 quintals/ha
VINIFICATION: The whole grapes are pressed
in a soft manner, the must is clarified with
nitrogen insufflation to protect the aromas
primary. Fermentation takes place in tanks
steel at controlled temperature. After the
alcoholic fermentation the wine is racked and
continues its refinement on its yeasts until the
next spring.

ACIDITY: 4,75 g/l
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 0,00 g / l
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, brilliant.
Intense and fruity aroma with fresh notes of citrus fruits and herbs
aromatic, ripe yellow peach with mineral nuances;
A full and persistent flavour with a distinct imprint
tasty.
