Historical notes

formerly referred to as Bozzetta, the vine Lumassina it is grown in a fairly limited area in the province of Savona, between the hinterland of Noli and that of Finale Ligure. His name, Lumassina in the Ligurian language it also means snail.

Bunch

pyramidal, compact, winged. Medium grape, green / yellowish color, thick skin. Ripening at the end of September.

Winemaking

dry, in white, also sparkling. Wines are obtained with a straw yellow color, delicate typically herbaceous aroma, taste confirms what is expressed by the aromas, with characteristic acidity in good evidence.
