Ortovero, 22 December 2020. Promotion and enhancement of the territory of the Western Ligurian Riviera are the keywords of the commitment that Vite in Riviera carries on with great determination.
2020 was a year full of activities carried out by Vite in Riviera to tell and make known the places, the food and wine excellences and the historical richness of a unique Italian territory.
Among the new proposals there is the recent activation, based at the Regional Enoteca of Ortovero, of the service wine delivery throughout Italy, assisted by the professional advice of a dedicated Sommelier (all information on the site www.viteinriviera.it).
Another project designed to make known and rediscover the food and wine excellences of the territory is Liguria Discovery Box, in which, at a fair price, three packages of typical products of Western Liguria are offered, carefully selected by the tasting staff of Vite in Riviera.
Finally, the Wine and Oil List , "Routes in the tradition of Western Liguria" di Vite in Riviera, designed to promote food and wine excellences, natural beauties and places of historical and cultural interest on the Ligurian Riviera di Ponente. Two synergistic projects involving networked companies, catering operators and some local institutions.
La Wine and Oil List includes extra virgin, sparkling wines, white wines from grapes Pigato e Vermentino, rosé and red wines from grapes Granaccia, Rossese and Ormeasco and sweet Passiti wines.
The wines and oils on the Paper, sold by the cellars of Vite in Riviera to restaurateurs and winemakers at a price politician, are offered to customers with a uniform cost by type and quality, allowing the guests of the participating restaurants to taste both well-known products and excellent novelties.
Available in print or digital format, the Wine and Oil List offers a unique territorial food and wine experience of rare value.
La Data Room "Routes in the tradition of Western Liguria" tells the richness of the territory of the Ligurian Riviera di Ponente: a tourist destination to experience and discover that offers food and wine, sport, nature and history. Enriched with informative texts concerning vines and cultivars of Western Liguria, indication of routes, sporting activities and historical monuments, it is distributed in paper format in the major tourist influx points, in the 27 wine and olive growing realities of Vite in Riviera and at the Regional Enoteca of Liguria a Ortovero.
Thanks to the Municipalities of Ortovero, Albenga, Roccavignale, Chiusavecchia, Pornassio, Andora, Quiliano, and Alassio, the Regional Enoteca of Liguria, the Istituto Alberghiero “A. Migliorini ”Finale Ligure, DIAM, Rovere, Vetrerie Giacosa, Belbo Sugheri, Plando Technologies for agriculture, Wild Camping, the AIS and FISAR associations for their precious collaboration.
Born in October 2015 with the signing of the Network Agreement, Vite in Riviera brings together 27 wineries and olive oil companies, all located between the provinces of Savona and Imperia, with the aim of disseminating and promoting the Ligurian wines and oils of the Riviera di Ponente.
