The business network Vite in Riviera presents a new Evening at the Wine Shop which celebrates the agricultural excellence of Western Liguria.
📅 Friday April 24 2026, At 20:00 Regional Winery of Ortovero will host a dinner dedicated to the flavors of the Piana, curated by the chefs Andrea Masala e Mario De Marchi.
The evening features a refined menu that highlights the "majesties" of Albenga:
🥗 Appetizers
- Purple Asparagus, farmhouse egg, sour shallot sauce and salty thyme crumble.
- The Stuffed Spiny Artichoke, cheese and pepper and marjoram.
- Stockfish salad on cream of trumpet mushroom, purple asparagus, beefsteak tomato and an emulsion of herbs.
🍝 First
- Oxheart tomato risotto, Pra basil, garden lemon and salted ricotta.
🐟 Second
- Slice of fish, vegetables from the plain and Verezzi caper sauce.
🍰 Dessert
- The purple asparagus, white chocolate, wild strawberries and rhubarb.
🍷 The dinner will be accompanied by Wines DOC - IGT of Western Liguria and by the 'Ligurian Riviera Oil DOP of the companies associated with the network Vite in Riviera.
