A special evening dedicated to the scents and flavors of the Ligurian spring, with a creative menu created by the chefs Andrea Masala e Mario De Marchi.
A gastronomic journey that celebrates the territory with seasonal ingredients, herbs and flowers, accompanied by Wines DOC e IGT of Western Liguria e Ligurian Riviera Oil DOP of the companies in the network Vite in Riviera.

• “O Marò” broad bean pesto, semi-mature pecorino cheese, nasturtium oil, Triora bread and Sant'Olcese salami
• Artichoke cake, marjoram mayonnaise and tulbaghia
• Salad of local rabbit, baby spinach, wild flowers, Piedmont hazelnut, celeriac and raspberries
• Maltagliati, Teccio chestnuts, Albenga leek, mushrooms and Violetta
• Braised cheek in Ormeasco, potato and marigold millefeuille
• Carla apple, rose shortcrust pastry, wildflower honey, thyme and garden lemon
