  • Synonyms: buzzetto, mataosso

  • History: Anciently referred to it as Bozzetta, since 1953 it is one of the most widespread vines in the province of Savona, where it is one of the recommended varieties.

  • Grape: Pyramidal, compact, winged. Medium grape, green / yellowish color, thick peel. Maturation in the end of September.

  • Vinification: Dry, white, also sparkling wine. Pale-yellow colored wine, with delicate, typically herbaceous scent, a taste that confirms what is expressed by the aromas, with characteristic acidity in evidence.
