The Evenings with the Chef are back, by Vite in Riviera during which the wines of Ponente Ligure from our cellars and local products are the protagonists.

Let's start with Friday 25 November - Ligurian fish, at the TOP, with Chef Andrea Masala!

 

The capon magro… of tradition.

Warm stockfish salad, Taggiasca olives,
Ox heart tomato and Calizzano potatoes.

Mackerel, fennel from the plain and wild mint.

Catch of the day cooked in herb flavored salt,
served with the last pressing extra virgin olive oil.

Blancmange with rosemary and persimmon crumble.

€45,00 per person, wines and drinks included.

Each dish will be paired by our Sommelier Gianni Boffredo with a fine selection of wines from our Ponente.
