Representing our companies from Western Liguria, we will bring our wines to the Cooking Show"The sea is served!” at the civic market of Savona and in Noli to enhance the Ligurian fish. The event will take place with four appointments: two in collaboration with the municipality of Savona, at the Savona Civic Market, and two with the municipality of Noli, welcomed by the suggestive Molo dei Pescatori. During each event a chef and a professional fisherman will prepare a typical Ligurian fish-based dish, explaining the recipe and the peculiarities of the local fish.
Participants will have the opportunity to witness every detail of the preparation through a video camera worn by the chef and, of course, the public will have the opportunity to taste the dish, accompanied by a tasting of typical local wines.
Here, for now, is the program of the two September dates at the Savona Civic Market:
Friday September 22st
- 18 hours: Press conference to present the new mobile kitchen at the Civic Market and ribbon cutting.
- 18.30 hours: Show cooking, with tasting of the dish based on local fish and local wines.
- 18.30 hours: Fish lab dedicated to children.
- 19.30 hours: DJ Set for adults and children.
Friday September 29st
- 18.30 hours: Show cooking with tasting of the dish based on local fish and local wines.
- 18.30 hours: Fish lab dedicated to children.
- 19.30 hours: DJ Set for adults and children (event open to all).
