The business network Vite in Riviera continues his journey
discovering the excellence of Western Liguria
with a new appointment of the review 

“Evenings with the Chefs”.

Friday 23 January at 20.00 pm, the spotlight will be on one of the timeless classics of winter cuisine:
 The Great Boil.

The event, hosted in the suggestive premises of theRegional Enoteca of Liguria (Viale Chiesa, 18 – Ortovero), will see protagonists
the chefs Mario De Marchi Benedict Thin.
Together, they will offer a tasting itinerary that celebrates the perfect combination of local raw materials and the finest
wines D.O.C. of the cellars associated with Vite in Riviera.

The Evening Menu

The gastronomic journey is conceived as a tribute to the peasant tradition, revisited with technical mastery:

Starters 
Turnip tops flan on a fondue of mountain cheeses and
Fassona beef tartare with traditional seasoning.

The Protagonist 
“His Majesty the Boiled Meat”, served with the classic seven cuts,
the amenities and the inevitable traditional sauces.

Dessert
 Piedmontese bunet with cocoa and amaretti biscuits.

Each course will be paired with a selection of wines D.O.C. of Western Liguria, curated directly by the producers of Vite in Riviera to enhance the bold flavours of the meat and the delicacy of the sauces.

The price of the evening, including the tasting itinerary
