The two-day event with an extremely positive balance is archived The Prime of Vite in Riviera, an event that last Sunday and Monday transformed the historic center of Albenga in the Ligurian wine capital. The event attracted an extraordinary turnout, confirming the growing interest in the region's excellent products.
The event kicked off with a prestigious Masterclass, housed in the characteristic room on the first floor of the Civic Tower, with the participation of industry journalists, professional operators and institutional representatives. The event then came to life in the evocative setting of the former Church of San Lorenzo, in Piazza Rossi, where industry professionals, guests, Horeca operators and wine lovers were able to preview the labels of the new vintage.
The cameras of were also present on Sunday Rai Tre, with two reports in the regional editions of the news.
“We are really satisfied with this third edition of the Prime al Albenga – declared the President of Vite in Riviera, Massimo Enrico, At the end of the event, the 23 companies in our network had the opportunity to preview the products they are bringing to market for 2026. It was a crucial opportunity to promote our region and the quality of Western Ligurian wines. The absolute protagonists were the DOC e IGT of Western Liguria, accompanied by the excellence of Riviera Ligure DOP extra virgin olive oil and typical local products.
The Albenga event was just the prologue to a very busy April for the network. Vite in Riviera will also be present this year at Vinitaly with a large space (pavilion 10, stand A3) in which to bring the aromas and flavours of Western Liguria to the international stage to continue the work of promoting and enhancing the regional wine heritage.
The appointment is at VeronaFiere, by 12 15 to AprilOn this occasion three will also be proposed Masterclass, curated by the brand ambassador Jacopo Fanciulli, featuring, of course, wines from the network's wineries. Here's the program:

- Monday, April 13, 11 am (Iris Room, floor -1, Palaexpo, entrance A1): “Defying Time, the unexpected longevity of Western Liguria: exclusive vertical tasting with the wines of Vite in Riviera";
- Tuesday 14th April, 13pm (stand Vite in Riviera, pavilion 10 – stand A3): “Vite in Riviera, Roots and Rock: RosseseOrmeasco and Granaccia, the red identity of Liguria".
