Nucetto chickpea zemino, yoghurt and herb saber.
Mackerel, local fennel and wild mint.
The cod and the parmigiana.
Stockfish buridda or blue fish soup (based on seasonal availability).
The blancmange and candied mandarin.

€ 40,00 per person, wines included.

The dishes will be accompanied by the wines of the companies Vite in Riviera masterfully matched by our Sommelier Gianni!
