Company founded by Pippo and Bice Parodi, who can be considered among the deans of winemakers in Liguria.

It was certainly one of the first companies to sell its wine in bottles, but above all to market the product beyond the regional territory, acting as a forerunner for many other Ligurian companies. “Two farmers are in my heart.

Two farmers who had already loved their land and were privileged beyond their interest ". (L. Veronelli) In 2003 Pippo and Bice received the international Slow Food award for bio-diversity, becoming part of the register of the "meritorious" of the Association itself.

Historically, but also now, the flagship product is the Pigato, derived from the native vine of the Ligurian Riviera di Ponente.

This is accompanied by the Rossese (always native) and Granaccia, in homage to the region's viticulture tradition.

Since its inception, the company has resorted - compatibly to the size itself - to the use of technology in the cellar, both with regard to plants and machinery and processing: fermentation at a controlled temperature, soft pressing, cryomaceration in reduction, flotation.

The use of filtering diatomaceous earth has been completely abolished. As regards the cultivation of grapes, since the nineties the company has adhered to the community programs of limitation and containment - having not fully adhered to biological and / or biodynamic practices - in the use of pesticides, extending this method also to grape suppliers .

The generational change - which took place in the mid-nineties - in addition to accelerating investments in equipment, also introduced new products, which joined the Pigato e Rossese, that is the Granaccia, the Bice and Pippo passito wines, the Pigato La Palmetta. As a result of this and together with the expansion of the vineyard areas, production has more than doubled, allowing it to reach both national and foreign market areas that were previously unapproachable.
